Here at Hart Space we want to set up our community to thrive, and part of that is goal setting. Goal setting can be a powerful tool to get perspective and clarity on what’s important to you and where to shift your focus.
So, what is it you want from the year 2025? And, most importantly, how are you going to take steps to get it? Hart Space director, Katy Hart, shares her top tools and tips for making mindful goals that manifest.
1. If the word goal seems to big and hard, then reframe it to hopes and dreams!
2. Acknowledge to yourself that you value yourself enought for you to even consider setting a goal in the first place (some people don’t).
3.Small steps, baby steps, break down the goal or dream, so that it feels achievable and makes you feel just a little bit excited when you think about it.
4. Write it down! I love, love vision boards, and Hart Space began as vision board.
5. Be your own cheerleader – we can’t wait for others to encourage us to move forward, so be that person in your own life!
