6 Simple Habits To Improve Your Emotional Awareness

Want to increase your self awareness? Feeling like your emotions might be getting the best of you some days?Being mindful of your mood, aware of your emotions, and conscious of the feelings of the people around you doesn’t have to be as overwhelming as you might expect. No matter your profession. Work load. Values. Mindset. Belief System. These simple habits can offer you easy ways to check in on your emotional wellbeing, become more mindful and most importantly dial up your emotional awareness.

Practise bringing your attention to….

  1. Reflection. Take time in your day to stop and reflect.

  2. Breath work. Practise belly breaths or mindful breath work.

  3. Communication. Become aware of your words and their impact.

  4. Meditation. Make time for a meditation, or something you find meditative.

  5. Journaling. Write our your stresses, goals, or aspirations.
